The mission of Packages From Home is to send care and comfort packages to deployed American military heroes who are stationed in active duty theaters around the world, as well as to facilitate activities that elevate morale of all veterans.

Our primary purpose is to provide food, personal care, and recreational items to deployed American troops, at no cost to them. In 2012 Packages From Home sent nearly 20,000 pounds in bulk shipments and approximately 7,400 individual boxes to soldiers. Over 45,000 soldiers lives were touched! Since PFH's creation we have sent over 140,000 care packages and hundreds of thousands of pounds overseas. Our goal is to ship many more. We collect donated items from generous patriotic citizens who live all across America. These items include non-perishable food, personal toiletries, and recreational items like games, books, CDs and DVDs. Our volunteers carefully pack the donations into USPS Flat-Rate Priority Mail boxes. The boxes are then mailed to U.S. servicemen and women who are deployed overseas in harm's way. 

In 2012, Packages From Home began a program called "Packages For Hope" serving our veterans in need. We expanded our mission based on the needs of our veterans and are now supplying tangible necessities and hygiene items to veterans who are homeless, or in jeopardy of becoming homeless.
