Paideia Academy is a classical Christian school from PK4 to 12th grade in Knoxville, Tennessee, seeking to partner with Christian parents in the education of the whole child from a Christ-centered worldview, with robust and rewarding academics, in a dynamic, discipling community.

Located in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Knoxville is consistently recognized as one of the nation’s best mid-sized cities. We enjoy four beautiful seasons, great neighborhoods, churches, restaurants, events, and people.

Paideia maintains membership in the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS). We are considered a Category IV Church-related Exempted School by the State of Tennessee.

We are always accepting applications from qualified teacher candidates. Our first priority is to find teachers of strong Christian faith who love learning themselves, and who, in turn, inspire students to learn. Prior teaching experience in classical methodology is preferred.
