Palermo Rhodes was founded in 2011 by Thomas Alascio who has built a reputation since 1996 as a successful consultant and recruiter in the Engineered Products & A/E/C industries. We will continue the commitment to quality & integrity Mr. Alascio has built over the years as well as build Palermo Rhodes into the search firm of choice by the industries we serve.

As of 2023 Palermo Rhodes hosts an Industry roundtable live-streamed every Friday at 12:30 Eastern time. www.youtube.com/@PalermoRhodes Our goal is to make our industry better and help recruiters become better and elevate the industry as a whole.
