Palico was formed by Antoine Dréan, a private equity pioneer and veteran. “After 20 years working in private equity, it was clear to me that the industry needed to enter the digital era,” says Dréan. “The market was opaque and inefficient, and the web was bound to change that eventually, as it has so many other inefficient markets. I wanted to be on the forefront of that change.”
