Driving customer satisfaction - our automated service monitoring system uses our track and trace information to monitor each pallet and if there is any deviation to the expected service timelines then we know about it. We take performance monitoring very seriously and have a Network Services team who work with our members to ensure that they deliver exceptional service, every single day.
