Pantheon was created in 2012 based on an identified need and opportunity to unite investors wanting a higher rate of return on secured investments with proven, successful entrepreneurs who needed capital to fund their real estate and business expansion projects. Pantheon is a boutique firm that is all about relationships. We only accept investors after a personal interview and vetting process to ensure the investor is an ideal match for our investment program and style.

Similarly, we only work with select professional entrepreneurs who have an extensive record of success and who plan to do a minimum of five or more projects with us per year. We are not looking for a quantity of either investors or borrowers. Our goal is to build long-term trusting relationships with our investors and our entrepreneurs to most effectively unite investor capital with proven entrepreneurs to create high return potential for both.
