An American film Company founded in 2014 by Papa Spyk (Edouard "Spyk" Gheur) and Mia Carey (MIACARIartist). Spyk named the company in honor of his Author name "Papa Spyk", best selling author of "A Naughty Thing Called Life".

Spyk and Mia formed their film company to be able to make his autobiography, A Naughty Thing Called Life into a docudrama film. Mia believed since this was Spyk's life story, having creative freedom was crucial.

Spyk and Mia are both hands on in all aspects of the company. Spyk  is the guru of networking. Being a former Professional Athlete, Bodybuilder, Stuntman/Actor International Model, Television Personality and recently an Author of two books, "A Naughty Thing Called Life" and "Life's Bad Hand"; has thousand upon thousands of adoring fans and influential contacts which Spyk appreciates more than life. Mia, a very talented artist and business woman has co-wrote the screenplay and has drawn the storyboards for their upcoming film. Mia is also in charge of all business and marketing matters.
