We are a family owned company with family values. Par 4 Plastics, Tyler Manufacturing & Par 4 Tooling is located in Marion, Kentucky, centrally located in the heart of plastics valley between Nashville and St. Louis (45 Miles South of Evansville, In & 90 Miles NW of Nashville, TN., 200 miles SE of St. Louis, MO.). We have over 190K sq ft of manufacturing, molding, and assembly (Modern 75k sq ft molding operation housing Par 4 Plastics and Par 4 Tooling, 115k sq ft. facility where Tyler Manufacturing is located where we specialize in value added assembly and warehouse). Both facilities are located on 30 plus acres. 
 
Par 4’s main focus is on in house design and engineering and serve a wide variety of industries with a dedication to quality and efficient response. We have over 2000 parts, 50 different materials, and 500 tools. We are a custom molder.  We average 30 mold changes per day.

When Par 4 Plastics was started in 1990, injection molding was the only operation we performed, but as time has progressed, we have expanded our capabilities to better meet our customers’ needs, both in house and through our sister companies, Par 4 Tooling and Tyler Manufacturing.
