The firm is an SEC registered investment advisor with a focus on managing Collateralized Loan Obligations (“CLOs”), Distressed Credit, and event-driven strategies in high yield, leveraged loan, and distressed markets. 

During its 18 year history, Par-Four has invested successfully across many credit cycles as a result of a disciplined investment process and strong fundamental analysis.  The firm has established track records managing various hedge funds, separately managed accounts (“SMAs”), and CLOs.
