Highlight PAR West as a low-risk partner that can help customers meet safety and impact criteria on large scale projects.

Tech enabled Utilization of modern tools such as iCIMS, HashiCorp Terraform, OneTrust, Bluebeam, and ServiceNow indicates a tech-forward approach to project management, compliance, and workflow automation. Opportunities exist to propose digital collaboration platforms, data-driven project tracking, and automation services to further streamline large construction programs.

Financial scale With reported revenue in the range of 100M to 250M and a workforce of 51-200 employees, PAR West is a mid-market contractor capable of handling sizeable, multi-site projects. Sales conversations could explore strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or preferred supplier arrangements to gain preferred access to project opportunities.
