Site Selection
	Conduct site inspections to determine properties that meet the needs of events 
	Conduct groundwork necessary to present clients with a list of suitable properties from which to choose for their events
	Identify the ideal venue whether hotel, conference center, convention center or other type property for your events in order to meet your goals for a successful event

Hotel Negotiation
	Use years of experience to negotiate hotel sleeping rooms, including room types 
	Ensure rates remain within your established budget, getting the most reasonable rates
	Provide negotiations for event function space
	Acquire reasonable amenities or concessions for value added experiences

Conference Planning & Event Coordination
	Provide logistical planning for events such as conferences, board meetings, retreats, etc.
	Provide on-site registration at conferences and events
	Organize and manage tradeshows for marketing and fundraising effectiveness.

Consulting
	Consulting for conference centers 
	Provide guidance in design and furnishings 
	Provide management services for successful conference center operations
