Welcome to Paradise Upholstery and Canvas! Paradise Upholstery & Canvas, located at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, specializes in marine upholstery, canvas, and carpet work. All of our work is backed by a guarantee of complete satisfaction! Paradise Upholstery & Canvas opened its doors in 2001, after owner Pete Zimmerman completed a restoration project on a 1972 Century that had been in his family for many years and found that he enjoyed the work. He purchased a used commercial sewing machine and set up a table in his garage, and began making boat covers for his friends. In 2005, Paradise built and moved into the 4,800 square foot building that is currently its home. At Paradise Upholstery & Canvas, high quality AND outstanding customer service is the mission. This goal is achieved with honesty and integrity, by establishing realistic expectations and then meeting or exceeding them. Even during the busiest time of the year, quality is never sacrificed – Paradise workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the product. Customer service will be enhanced even further in 2015 with the addition of a fully equipped service boat. While most canvas shops will provide service dockside, Paradise’s service boat will allow greater access to most areas of the lake so that pickup and delivery of projects, as well as providing bids, can be handled more efficiently, and minor repairs and modifications can be made on site. Pete and Pam Zimmerman are strong supporters of local businesses and charitable organizations, and are active participants in several of the area’s many community events.
