Paramount Capital Group LLC is a mid-sized financial services firm based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. It opened in 1997 to provide capital to the private student loan market and to service those portfolios originated through trade schools. The founder, Ryan Paul, believed that applying technology to loan servicing would yield faster processing, improved compliance, and lower delinquencies, leading to the development of the Paramount Advantage servicing platform and partnerships with lenders and originators by 2014.

In August 2024, ECN Capital Corp acquired a majority stake in Paramount, with the company positioned to pursue further growth. Paramount will serve as the captive servicer for Source One Financial Services, a leader in RV and Marine loans, among ECN's portfolio of consumer lending companies.
