Founded in 1949, Winzen Film + Fiber, Inc. initially produced specialty films for high altitude research balloons used by the U.S. military and NASA. Today, as a member of the PolySachi Group Inc. Canada family, Winzen Film + Fiber, Inc. has evolved into a custom manufacturer, diversified extruder, and distributor of high quality film, fiber, and webbing for industrial, commercial and retail uses. We operate as Pari Olefins – Winzen Plant and are headquartered in Harlingen, Texas. Our proprietary blend of resins and engineered master batch offers superior performance for applications ranging from everyday uses to uniquely demanding specialty applications.


Pari Olefins LLC – Winzen Plant has three business units: 

Unit A: 
Winlon® plastic film, wrap and WinFoil® pouches and sheeting; 

Unit B:
WinPro® fiber, which produces polypropylene Gem®, conductive and Tufstrap® webbing using flat or fibrillated tapes:
