Since 1961, Parishioners Federal Credit Union has provided its members with greater financial value than they could receive anywhere else. We were founded and chartered thanks to the efforts of Monsignor J. Augustine O'Gorman of St. James Parish in Redondo Beach. He realized that a member-owned financial cooperative would understand his parishioners' needs and share their values as no commercial bank could. We have enjoyed steady growth over the years, and have continually enhanced our services. Since 1982, we have invited neighboring parishes, parochial schools and other Catholic groups to bring their members into the Parishioners Federal Credit Union fold. Today, we serve more than 200 schools and close to 100 parishes and church-related organizations throughout southern California, including the entire San Pedro Pastoral Region. Parishioners Federal Credit Union is the largest Catholic-affiliated credit union in California, and we are fully committed to meeting your financial needs while maintaining the values and standards of the Catholic community.
