Park Towne Development Corp. is a small, family-run real estate company based in Madison, Wisconsin, with more than four decades of activity in southern Wisconsin. The firm originated when two brothers-in-law pursued land on Madison's west side for holding and sale, later developing Parkwood Hills—a neighborhood that included single-family homes, condominiums, and a retail center. It expanded by acquiring land across the street to create the Park Towne commercial district and began developing single- and multi-tenant buildings for lease, adding a division for property management and brokerage.
The company continues to develop both commercial properties and residential neighborhoods, with projects in Verona, Dane, Baraboo, Whitewater, and Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
