Parmenter Home Care & Hospice provides distinctive quality home care, palliative and end of life care delivered by an experienced interdisciplinary team including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work and other supportive services. Additionally, we provide public health nursing for the town of Sudbury and operate the Wayland Food Pantry.

Parmenter's Hospice program provides end of life care that both supports the needs of the patient and loved ones.  Our bereavement support begins upon admission and then is supplemented by free bereavement groups that help loved ones deal with grief.  HEARTplay is a program offered for children that have lost a loved one.  This program provides support for as long as the child needs it with participants often becoming role models for children who have more recently lost a loved one.  These programs & groups are led by experienced professionals.
