Partners in Performance America is a consulting firm built on capturing value by managing operational risk for critical infrastructure and institutions, private enterprise and government in the modern cyber era. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients to uniquely understand leadership priorities, identify and reduce areas of cyber risk, and improve operational and fiscal outcomes.

The company was formed from a partnership of PIP consultants and former United States Military Personnel. We combine the well-established PIP methodology of achieving rapid, sustainable results across operations with the experience and expertise of military leaders who have served at the highest levels of the U.S. government and its cyber enterprise.  

Our blend of talent can uniquely identify and reduce operational risk, achieve results, and secure what is most valued for American critical infrastructure, private enterprise and government.

To achieve this mission we become true advocates for our clients. We roll up our sleeves and work within their organizations. We do not simply observe and report with fancy “power point deep” recommendations that are impossible to implement. We embed ourselves in their operations to develop achievable, prioritized solutions that are mindful of risks, can be implemented through routine organizational operational structure, and capture outcomes most valued by leadership.
