The Partnership for Los Angeles Schools is a United States–based organization focused on education administration and school improvement. Founded in 2007, it works with 20 of the highest-need public schools within the Los Angeles Unified School District, with a concentration in Watts, South LA, and Boyle Heights. The network includes K-12 public schools and seeks to dramatically accelerate student achievement by building capacity and managing school transformations in these campuses. Its model rests on three components: leadership development for school principals and assistant principals; professional learning and coaching for teacher leaders; and engagement with more than 100 community organizations to empower families through a Parent College program. Operating in the education sector, the Partnership aims to strengthen the broader system by aligning leadership, teaching quality, and community involvement across its network. In March 2026, it announced an expansion of college and career pathways across its network of high schools in Los Angeles.
