Founded the Partners Achieving Sustainability Excellence (PASE) Corps is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit  organization for research, training, and on-the-job experience in environmental conservation, and sustainability initiatives.

Established as an Intern/Mentor program that provides on-the-job training for aspiring environmental professionals, taps the expertise of senior professionals and retirees, and makes easier the recruiting, screening, training, and managing of interns/mentors for employers.

Solving the Catch-22 dilemma of recent graduates needing a job to get experience and environmental employers who want candidates with at least 2 years experience. Initiated and lead the Advanced Environmental Training & Experience Program. 

Developed the CASTING for a Better NEPA Outcome method. PASE Corps is working to help agencies achieve the Section 101 sustainability goals of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and to reduce the costs, time, duplicity, and complexity of the NEPA process through regional sustainability planning.
