Passavant Memorial Homes Family Of Services (PMHFOS) provides specialized services to address the unique needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. PMHFOS strives to be an innovative human service organization that consistently exceeds the expectations of our consumers, their families, and communities. About our Family of Services: Passavant Memorial Homes (Created in 1895) - A a private, non-profit 501(c)(3), human services provider organization whose mission is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs to live successfully in the community by providing services such as long term structured residences, housing support, adult training facilities, and children's programs. Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation (Incorporated in 2000) - Through the foundation, Passavant raises funds to expand our services we provide. Examples include the purchase of a mobile dental unit and the restoration/replacement of stained-glass windows in a chapel located on one of our campuses. PDC Pharmacy (Distinguished since 2000) - High quality/custom tailored pharmacy services to agencies and families supporting individuals living with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs. Life Enrichment Trust, Inc. (Established in 2004) as a court approved corporate fiduciary, allows people to safeguard assets and plan for the financial future of their loved ones with disabilities, without the risk of endangering funding for the needs of the individual. Accessible Dental Services (Developed in 2006) - A unique, non-profit organization that provides quality dental care for individuals with disabilities. We use a combination of facilities-based services, along with a mobile unit, to create a superior dental experience for our special needs patients.
