PRF Query offers a simple to use service to find relevant keywords and build complex search queries. We make this service available to all students and faculty at a low flat fee. Each researcher can now write more accurate idea descriptions based on their industry knowledge and search results. PRF Query allows a researcher to extract the relevant search keywords from a written description and then automatically builds a particular, complex keyword query for over 60 search sites. PRF Query gives WPI, SMU, UTA and others a simple tool for their faculty and students to do practical patent technology prior art searches with little or no patent search training. PRF Query provides a subscription service to the entire university at a total cost less than the per-user subscription fee of commercial patent search sites.
