Pathway Lending is a Nashville-based nonprofit financial services organization that operates as a community development financial institution serving underserved small businesses and the communities across Tennessee and the Southeast. It has financed more than $587 million to support small business growth, affordable housing, and sustainability, and it offers a broad loan catalog ranging from $5,000 to $5 million along with coaching resources for established businesses operating for at least one year. Pathway also operates Pathway Navigator, a digital platform that provides resources, groups, and events to help entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses and become capital-ready. It runs the Pathway Veterans Business Outreach Center, established in 2018 with SBA support to deliver entrepreneurship training and counseling to transitioning service members, veterans, and military families in Tennessee and Kentucky. In March 2026, Pathway Lending named Amy Bunton as president.
