Our products provide real-time information to caregivers about patient and bed locations and statuses, and rules based process support for requesting, assigning and monitoring patient placement, transportation, and bed turnover tasks. The products are priced to benefit small and large hospitals. Access Bed Control (ABC) and Patient Transportation System (PTS) help caregivers make more efficient decisions by providing them with real-time information about patient locations and status changes, and changing bed statuses. The technologies also support processes such matching incoming patients with available beds, requesting tasks to be performed, selecting the appropriate employee to perform those tasks, monitoring the progress of those tasks, identifying the necessity for remedial actions, and reporting on performance and roadblocks. Our software solutions are not “one size fits all.” We know that hospitals are different and we pride ourselves in molding our ABC and PTS solutions to fit the needs of each customer through custom choices during set-up, dedicated client support, and regular updates and revisions based on the feedback we receive.
