Credentialing/contracting with insurance plan – Our dedicated staff will apply to insurance panels under your existing group or as a new practice. We will negotiate rates with existing insurance panels if the rates are below the regular reimbursement rate for your specialty in your area. Answering service – Our office will become an extension of your in house staff. We can either assist with overflow, replace in house staff or fill in on an as needed basis simply by forwarding your calls to our office. Virtual Assistant – providing administrative and personal tasks. Scheduling meetings, paying bills, ordering gifts, returning calls, scheduling doctor appointments, answering emails, preparing letters.
