Our staff will happily access any current software you have in place or you may utilize one of the software programs we recommend.  Free software options are available.

Credentialing/contracting with insurance plan – Our dedicated staff will apply to insurance panels under your existing group or as a new practice.  We will negotiate rates with existing insurance panels if the rates are below the regular reimbursement rate for your specialty in your area. 

Answering service – Our office will become an extension of your in house staff.  We can either assist with overflow, replace in house staff or fill in on an as needed basis simply by forwarding your calls to our office.  

Virtual Assistant – providing administrative and personal tasks.  Scheduling meetings, paying bills, ordering gifts, returning calls, scheduling doctor appointments, answering emails, preparing letters.  Customized plans are available 

Practice Management – bookkeeping, office management, payroll, cost analysis, fee reimbursement review, updated policies and procedures to make your office run smoother and more efficient. 

New Practice setup – Our office will assist in the setup of your new medical practice.  Guiding you in the direction to setup the appropriate entity for your long term goals.   We will contact insurance plans, provide marketing, and setup office procedures.
