Patricia Qualls didn't pick up a paint brush until she was 50. With her varied life experiences from growing up in the countryside of Tennessee, working in the stock market to working as a clinical psychologist, it wasn't until she started painting that she found her true calling. As a self-taught artist, she approaches painting with a genuine curiosity and uncritical purity that allows her to express her hopeful interpretations of the world around her.
