PCL West is located in Southern California, but services nationwide. PCL West opened its doors on January 1989 and has proudly been a leader in the photographic industry for over 22 years. PCL West expanded and developed a digital department in 1995.  Over the years, PCL West has continued to invest in state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, many of the employees have been well trained with exceptional educational backgrounds from such schools as Brooks Institute, Art Center and USC.
