After a successful career in Austria in finance and later in her family’s IT firm, Manal Iskander returned to the United States in 1997 and founded PCtronics.

From the beginning Manal built a small, highly skilled team, including early certified engineers such as founding member and now CTO, Manfred Schmutzer. Word of their work spread and PCtronics became a trusted IT partner for companies across Southern California in many industries.

In 2015 Manal invited operations leader Nick Harney to join PCtronics, bringing forty years of experience with public sector clients. Under his guidance PCtronics earned the qualifications needed to serve municipal and government entities and secured major contracts. During this time the company also added military trained cyber security specialists to counter rising malware and ransomware.

PCtronics is now a full service managed service provider. We design, build, secure, and support the technology stack for small and mid sized businesses, including networks, cloud services, cyber security, and the line of business applications teams rely on every day.

On top of that foundation we are developing MIP, our intelligence program for modern businesses. MIP brings the kind of careful planning usually seen in large organizations to smaller companies that want the same level of thinking and support.
