PEARLS is a nonprofit organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, that runs weekly, girls-only gatherings hosted at partner schools and youth-serving organizations. Each group includes about 20 to 25 girls and provides a consistent, safe space for development, with the program addressing root issues tied to poverty, teen pregnancy, violence, and educational attainment during the teen years.
