Expansion Opportunities Pearson VUE has recent and strategic global expansion activity, including a new test center in Nairobi and ongoing partnerships with governing bodies and certification programs, signaling opportunities to cross-sell testing services, exam delivery optimization, and regional compliance solutions in Africa and other growing markets.

Certification Ecosystem The company partners with major accreditation and certification programs (NCLEX pathway, Adobe Certified Professional, NEP) and delivers millions of exams, presenting sales potential for scalable proctored testing platforms, secure delivery methods, and suite expansions across additional licensure and credentialing programs.

Technology Stack Leverage their existing analytics and automation tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense, UiPath) and data infrastructure (Microsoft SQL Server) to pitch advanced reporting, workflow automation, candidate experience enhancements, and data-driven exam insights for program administrators and partners.
