Pease Construction is a family owned General Contractor and providing construction services to public and private clients for 32 years. Our core market sectors are: Federal government, Higher Education, Historical Renovations, Tenant Improvements, New Construction, and Multiple Award Task Orders. 

We are located in Lakewood, WA as a full service general contractor. Our primary focus since our inception has been small business federal government projects and we have established ourselves in this respect. We have excellent working relationships with the Army Corps of Engineers and the Department of Public Works. 

Our success relies on having a team of innovative and hard working individuals with extensive knowledge of the industry. Our firm's success has been by hiring well and we are proud to say most of our employees have been working at Pease Construction for more than 25 years.
