Proposal Support:
Prepared the Business, Technical and Cost Volumes, including volume content, past performance,  resumes, pricing spreadsheets and substantiation, graphics, formatting, and technical editing – all Federal Agencies – management, technical and operations services.  Over $150M in awards.

Strategic Plan Development and Implementation:
PECOS conducts management and operations analysis and develop strategic operations and business plans.  We prepared plans for improved facility operations for Waste Isolation Pilot Plant in Carlsbad, NM as part of our Independent Oversight Contract. 

Project/Program Management:
Managed a five year contract providing independent oversight of the environmental, health, and safety programs used for operations of WIPP 

Prepared the Project Management Plan, Quality Control Plan, Site Preparation and Installation Plan, Government Furnished Property Control Plan, and Site Deployment Plan for upgrades to operational systems at over 100 airports across the United States.

Compliance Assessments/Audits
Conducted NQA-1 based quality reviews of processes and procedures for nuclear facility operation at the DOE East Tennessee Technology Park site.
