It operates within the consumer services industry and is regulated by the North Carolina Structural Pest Control Division, which governs pest control operators to ensure uniform standards across the sector. In 2009, the firm earned QualityPro accreditation from the National Pest Management Association, reflecting a commitment to professional standards, and rebranded in 2010 to emphasize stewardship of natural resources and improvements to customers’ living spaces. The company serves residential customers in the Salisbury area, focusing on pest management and related enhancements to indoor and exterior environments. A recent development noted is its continued operation as a small, locally managed enterprise with a long-standing presence in the regional market.
