With production centres in Germany and North America peiker has developed into a reliable major distributor of the automotive industry within the last few years. The production landscape in both production centres is structured in such a manner that it advances this formula for success. Under the keyword "ProFlex" peiker covers both small-scale and large-scale as well as manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic production. Both production centres also have a common guiding star on which a holistic production philosophy is based: Lean Management. Using the Six Sigma and 5S Methods we are continually working to make our processes even more reliable and efficient. 

 In addition to highly developed communication solutions, peiker relies primarily on advanced production systems and an ultra-modern plant. We have, among other things, nine ultra-modern SMT lines in Germany and North America. With the introduction of laser soldering, we are one of the first companies in Germany to offer our customers even higher process reliability and continuous, consistent quality of all soldering points.Furthermore, peiker has its own testing equipment. 

 With our Full Traceability Concept we guarantee full traceability of every component and thus a constantly high quality standard of our entire product range.
