Main goals of Pellini SpA are development and production of new Systems for solar protection.
The company is composed by 3 divisions:

- ScreenLine: develops shading systems inside double glazing (integral blind systems),
- Pellini Tende e Sistemi: standard and high technology shadings for interiors,
- Pellini Nautica: shadings for luxury yachts.

The Pellini Company was founded in 1974.

In 1990 Pellini commenced development of a new range of products for the Insulating Glass Industry, achieving the raising and lowering of a blind integrated within a double-glazing unit whilst maintaining the unit integrity. All efforts were rewarded in 1992, with the introduction of the Pellini patented ScreenLine® system - a system based on a rotational transmission obtained by the coupling of internal and external magnets.

The design of the patented magnetic transmission allowed ScreenLine® products to meet unit certification in a number of European countries, which resulted in the formation of important alliances with certified insulating glass producers and creating a worldwide licensees network.
