Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School is a mixed primary and secondary education network in Victoria, Australia, with campuses in Essendon, Moonee Ponds, and Keilor East. The school originated from the 1977 merger of Penleigh Presbyterian Ladies' College and Essendon Grammar School and maintains an association with the Uniting Church. It serves more than 2,800 students from Kindergarten onward, with the Moonee Ponds campus hosting girls from Prep to Year 6 and the Essendon campus hosting boys from Prep to Year 6. At Keilor East, Years 7–10 are housed separately for boys (Gottliebsen House) and girls (McNab House).

The senior Larkin Centre on the Keilor East site then brings both genders together for all classes, marking the transition to a fully coeducational sequence within PEGS. The school has grown in size and reputation and operates as a medium-sized educational institution within Australia’s primary and secondary education sector, offering a combination of early single-sex schooling with later mixed environments.
