Penn America Energy Holdings (PAE) is developing an LNG export facility on Pennsylvania's Delaware River. The facility will export 7.2mt of liquified natural gas annually.

The unique location of this project distinguishes Penn LNG in two cost-competitive ways. It is close to the vast, low-cost Marcellus natural gas resources, and, when compared to U.S. Gulf Coast projects, it offers shorter shipping distances to Europe and other key LNG markets. The Delaware River ship channel has been deepened to enable the region's full participation in global marine commerce.

Founded by a native of Pennsylvania, PAE is a team of experienced global commodity and energy professionals. Our goal is to unlock value from Pennsylvania's abundant natural gas resources for the benefit of both our investors and the communities in which we operate. 

Our No. 1 commitment is to plan, build and operate a facility that is safe, environmentally responsible and directly benefits the local community. The project's timeline includes three years of comprehensive public participation and regulatory review.
