Pennsylvania Partnerships for Children is a statewide, independent nonprofit organization in Pennsylvania focused on improving the health, education, and well-being of children and youth. It functions as a trusted, non-partisan advocate and policy voice on child welfare matters across the Commonwealth. The organization is based in Harrisburg and pursues a public policy agenda that spans a child’s life from prenatal development through adulthood. 

Its work includes producing annual State of Child Welfare reports that identify gaps in the system and offer recommendations for improvement. A recent milestone is the 14th edition released in 2024, with PPC also engaging in related events such as the BBEC Education & Workforce Summit in 2025. The organization has also issued policy resources, including the Childhood Begins at Home campaign launched in 2019 and a 2021 fact sheet on the essential role of career and technical education for the post-COVID economy, produced with PA Schools Work coalition partner the Pennsylvania Association of Career & Technical Administrators (PACTA).
