PeopleClaim.com is a member-supported online dispute resolution service, designed to allow parties to come together in a neutral setting and solve problems—easily, quickly, and constructively. We provide an intelligent software system that enables users to transform their complaints into claims, which allows the other party to address user issues in a practical way. It includes an interactive channel for discussion, information exchange, and negotiation, giving both parties freedom to present their viewpoints and arrive at a mutually satisfactory conclusion. We believe this method of engagement, negotiation, and settlement—all online—will become widely adopted as a convenient and effective alternative to do-it-yourself resolution efforts; to arbitration and small-claims court proceedings; and, in many cases, to costly and time-consuming litigation.

PeopleClaim.com does not take either side in a complaint. We are funded by member dues plus modestly priced use fees from non-members. Corporations and others on the receiving end of users' claims access our resolution and claim management software at no charge. We do not have "corporate sponsors" or earn advertising revenue from parties involved in dispute resolution via PeopleClaim.com.
