Pepper Palace, Inc is a gourmet sauce and seasoning manufacturer focused on pepper-themed products ranging from mild to extreme heat. It began as a kiosk in 1989 at the Fox River Mall in Appleton, Wisconsin, offering hot sauces, salsas, and BBQ sauces, with later expansion into marinades, wing sauces, seasonings, rubs, pickled goods, dip mixes, jellies, and other pepper-focused items. All products are small-batch cooked and handcrafted in Sevierville, Tennessee, and the company produces more than 200 all-natural products for a North American retail network. It operates a mid-sized footprint with more than 80 locations across the United States and Canada, including tourist destinations and Premium Outlet centers. In mid-2024, Pepper Palace relocated its Grapevine, Texas operations and permanently closed the Grapevine Mills location.
