ABOUT US Percival is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business that was founded in 2016 by Sam Ely, a U.S. Air Force Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to building the team with a people first focus, the company is also defined by a spirit of resilience and perseverance. Remembering the gas explosion in August 2019 that destroyed the company’s first office (thankfully no injuries) – the event solidified a resolve to overcome challenges and ensure stability and success for the team and mission.
