Dr. Scott Nissenbaum is a chiropractor based in San Carlos, CA.  Our warm & welcoming practice serves the mid peninsula and treats patients using chiropractic adjustments and Active Release Therapy (ART®). 

Chiropractic Adjustments gently adjust misaligned bones back into place, relieving pressure and inflammation to our joints.  

ART is a soft tissue mobilization treatment that relieves tight and spasmed muscles, all of which connect to our bones and joints, helping keep them in place once they’re adjusted.  ART helps prevent bones & joints from being repeatedly pulled out of place due to overuse or injury.  Some think of ART as a deep tissue massage with movement.

Dr. Scott embodies character, kindness, professionalism, humility and passion for chiropractic.    Dr. Scott makes it a priority to spend quality time with his family (including twin boys) and is closely connected to his communities of San Carlos and San Mateo County.
