Perfios secured $80 million from Teachers’ Venture Growth, the late-stage venture and growth investment arm of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in March 2024. Earlier in FY 23-24, $229 Million was raised by Perfios in their Series D round from Kedaara Capital, marking the largest fund raise among Indian B2B SaaS companies for this financial year. Prior to this, Perfios raised $70 Million in Series C round from Warburg Pincus and Bessemer Venture Partners in February 2022. The latest round of funding has taken the total funding raised by Perfios to $435.1 Million.  

In 2025, Perfios made three strategic acquisitions to further strengthen its position across the fintech value chain. In April 2025, Perfios acquired IHX, a leading healthcare information exchange platform that serves as the critical link between healthcare providers and payers, enabling seamless digital integration across the industry. In March 2025, Perfios acquired Credit Nirvana, an AI-powered debt collections and recovery platform that empowers financial institutions to maximize collections, reduce delinquencies and minimize cost, through data science-driven insights and intelligent automation.
