We represent a large number of companies for which their intellectual property is their primary or significant asset and assist with licensing that asset or obtaining appropriate licensing rights. Corporate/Dispute Resolution The firm efficiently handles the corporate formation process while ensuring clients understand the obligations arising from forming and owning a business. We are experienced in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, including the preparation of documents that determine corporate structure, shareholder or LLC member rights and officer and director matters.
