Perimeter Orthopaedics boasts a 15,000-square-foot facility and an Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) outpatient surgical center, that’s conveniently situated at the MARTA Medical Center Stop on the campus of Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Our Atlanta location also conveniently offers patients in-house Physical Therapy.

Perimeter Orthopaedics has a second clinical location in Woodstock, Georgia. This 5,000 square-foot clinical office offers patients unique care for osteoarthritis, join trauma, sports injuries, congenital diseases and abnormalities, accident injuries and any other musculoskeletal condition that causes chronic pain or limited mobility.

Originally founded by Dr. Paul V. Spiegl, this progressive orthopedic practice consistently maintains an excellent reputation in the medical community. Dr. Spiegl has been named one of Atlanta’s Top Orthopedic Doctor’s for the last 10+ years.

Our specialties include injuries, diseases, and conditions of the foot, ankle, knee, hip, spine/back, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Our physicians have over 35 years of experience treating everything from the most common orthopedic conditions to the most serious and complex. We treat professional athletes, work-related injuries, fractures and patients with chronic conditions, such as arthritis and diabetes-related issues.
