Perini Capital, LLC is an alternative investment manager focused on investing in a broad range of structured credit and fixed income securities. Perini Capital was founded in 2011 by Michael Perini, a former Minor League Baseball player who has 17 years of fixed income investing experience. The firm’s primary office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Our goal is to provide investors with attractive, idiosyncratic returns by investing in markets that offer liquidity and complexity premiums. To achieve that goal, we primarily evaluate opportunities in non-investment grade non-agency mortgage-backed securities, Agency mortgage derivatives, and select credit special situations.

Historically, we have sought to invest in a portfolio of securities that target lower bound returns without a reliance on an exit price. In certain environments, we believe outsized returns can be generated through effective risk management and decisive redeployment of capital.

Michael manages a close-knit team that works together to source a variety of investments and strategies that are overlooked or hard-to-replicate. A flagship commingled fund and separately managed accounts represent the firm's assets under management, though we are well-positioned to offer investors a stream of differentiated co-investment strategies over time.
