Services Provided by Pescador Land & Minerals include:  Project Management, pipeline & electrical right of way acquisition, title research, document preparation & review, route & site selection, construction liaison, damage settlements, negotiations, survey permission & notification and regulatory permitting, well staking’s and surface use agreements.
