They operate the 19th Hole Grill & Veranda for a casual atmosphere, Phoenix Dining Room and Terrace upstairs for fine dining, weddings & events, and also the new Beverage Cart that is making its rounds on the course.

The original Petroleum Club of Bakersfield was established in 1952 by prominent members of the petroleum industry.
