• SWITCHMAX® connectivity components and cables integrate various on mold sensors (relay, mechanical, and proximity DC) into a single signal interface. The integration of diverse sensing methods and standardization simplifies wiring across all molds and platforms – just plug & play.

• Hydra-Jaws™ Quick Mold Change provides consistent clamping and speed (SMED) for a wide range of mold sizes in a single machine. Clamps move to fit the mold, are hydraulically activated, and provide a fully mechanical lock. Clamp Aluminum, insulated, hot runner, prototype, and standard molds with a single high-performance system.

• Robotic Automation products allow the coupling of Grippers, Gripper Pads (GP), Compliance Devices (RCC), and Crash Protection (OPD) into a simple and integrated robotic end-effector solution.

• Quick Die Change Systems provide easily customized solutions for stamping die Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED). Bolster extensions, die rails/lifters, check valve and locking clamps, and electronic 5,000 psi pump controllers are just a few of the options available.
