PGIM Wadhwani was founded in October 2002 as Wadhwani Asset Management by Dr. Sushil Wadhwani, CBE, a distinguished scholar, economist and investor.  Investment operations commenced in January 2003. PGIM Wadhwani is a London-based asset management company, authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority which specialises in systematic/quantitative macro investing.  
 
Dr. Wadhwani has developed the firm with a view to offering clients the opportunity to participate in the global markets through a disciplined, systematic approach, which focuses on harnessing fundamental macro forces. This investment approach is expressed through quantitative systems which have been used by Dr. Wadhwani in PGIM Wadhwani's flagship strategy, the Keynes Leveraged Quantitative Strategy, since 2005, and built on models he has been working on for over 27 years. 
 
In January 2019, PGIM Wadhwani was acquired by PGIM the global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc.* (NYSE: PRU).  PGIM Wadhwani, while remaining a separate legal entity, is now operating as part of the business of PGIM Quantitative Solutions, the quantitative equity and global multi-asset solutions manager of PGIM. PGIM Quantitative Solutions is an SEC-registered investment adviser. PGIM Quantitative Solutions has been managing multi-asset portfolios for institutional investors since 1975. Today, PGIM Quantitative Solutions manages systematic quantitative equity and global multi-asset strategies and its time-tested processes, based on academic, economic and behavioral foundations, serve a global client base.
